We buy gold, silver, jewellery, coins and bars, and assist customers in settling gold loans pledged with banks, NBFCs, and other lenders in order to recover their gold. All valuations are based on the day's prevailing market rate for the tested purity and weight of the item presented.
A quoted price is an offer only. No transaction is final until you explicitly accept the offered price at our branch. You are free to decline any valuation without charge or obligation.
When you engage us to recover pledged gold, you authorise us to communicate with your lender and settle the stated outstanding amount on your behalf. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the loan details you provide to us.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all gold or silver purchase and pledged gold recovery transactions, in line with standard practice for this type of business.
While we take care to verify purity and weight using certified equipment, final settlement terms with third-party lenders (banks/NBFCs) are subject to that lender's own policies and processing times, which are outside our direct control.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
